Shipping Policy

We roast coffee six days a week to ensure the highest quality product. Depending on your order time, most orders ship the same day. Therefore, Calles de Oro Coffee Company delivers the freshest and finest coffee available.   We pride ourselves on delivering the freshest coffee possible to your doorstep. We roast beans to your exact specification upon receipt of your order and ship the very next day. 

When coffee is freshly roasted, it releases carbon dioxide for up to 48 hours. It, therefore, is critical that freshly roasted beans be allowed to breathe for 48 hours immediately after roasting.  This is the reason for our unique packaging.   Freshly roasted beans are ready for immediate use upon arrival at your door.  Beans not used immediately should be kept in the Calles de Oro cannister we offer on our website.  There simply isn’t a better way to buy and store roasted coffee beans. 

All domestic orders ship within North  America via Fedex, UPS or USPS from our roastery in Ocala, Florida.  The couriers deliver all orders in 2 – 5 days.  No guaranteed delivery date is provided.
